Although there is a desire to allow the mayor of Banjarmasin bird nest building in the center of town, it does not mean automatically bird nest building be allowed, except after the reshuffle Perdanya.

He said, if there is development of bird's nest in the middle of the city of Banjarmasin before overhaul regulation of Building Structure and regulation of Spatial Planning, building bird nest is invalid or illegal.

He said Banjarmasin City Government will not indiscriminately in law enforcement and Banjarmasin City Planning Department will not issue a building permit if no suitable procedure.
